This role will command the entire operation across our Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad divisions.
Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with substantial leadership experience, ideally in residential projects.
Job Responsibilities
Develops and executes comprehensive sales strategies, sets ambitious targets, conducts market analysis, and forecasts sales to drive revenue growth and project success.
Conceptualizes and implements innovative marketing strategies to outperform competition and achieve targeted sales.
Ensuring sales revenue collection as per targeted milestones.
Build a long-term client network through referrals, events, and personalized outreach.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams to streamline sales operations.
Optimizes sales processes, manages budgets, and ensures strict adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards in sales operations.
Organize focused & purposeful market research and analysis to dynamically position Company's real estate portfolio for fast paced sales. Generate timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and MIS reports.
Leads, motivates, and trains the team, manages and fosters a high-performance culture to consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives.
