Job Title: Sales Head – Mobility and Industrial

Location: Bengaluru

Reporting To: Business Head

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Head for the Mobility and Industrial vertical with 14+ years of experience in mobility and industrial domains, IT staffing and large-scale staff augmentation. If you are from the IT Company and have an in-depth knowledge of staffing sales & operation, have handled P&L and you are a people's person, this role might be for you. The incumbent will drive business strategy, ensure profitable growth, expand client portfolios across Mobility and Industrial sectors. This leader will play a critical role in strengthening executive relationships and building a strong market presence in mobility and industrial domains services.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership & Financial Management – Own end-to-end P&L for the mobility and industrial domains vertical, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue acceleration. Drive financial discipline, invoicing accuracy, and timely collections.
  • Business Growth & New Client Acquisition – Drive business expansion across mobility and industrial domains. Lead new client acquisitions, contract renewals, and MSA execution while strengthening market positioning.
  • Strategic Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and Engineering leadership across mobility and industrial domains clients. Act as Executive SPOC for key accounts and regularly engage with clients to provide executive-level updates, resolve escalations, and ensure long-term partnership growth.
  • Operational Excellence & Delivery Governance – Oversee large-scale staffing and project-based delivery across mobility and industrial domains. Ensure quality, speed, compliance, and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Executive SPOC & Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders. Lead governance reviews, manage escalations, and provide strategic insights to enhance client value and satisfaction.
  • Sales Leadership & Team Development – Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and account management. Drive high performance culture and align teams to achieve business goals.
  • Sales Leadership & Target Achievement - Drive business results by meeting or exceeding sales targets related to new client acquisitions, contract renewals, and Master Service Agreement (MSA) signings. Deliver results through a hands-on approach in driving business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / Business Administration
  • MBA (preferred)
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Finance, or Leadership will be an advantage

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in new client acquisition within Mobility and industrial domains.
  • Strong domain exposure to mobility and industrial domain
  • Proven expertise in P&L ownership and business operations
  • Experience in managing large-scale engineering sales
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and leading large teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT staffing and large-scale staff augmentation.
