  • Lead largescale franchise expansion for a highgrowth consumer brand
  • Own partner acquisition, market entry, and growth strategy endtoend

Job Description

  • Drive franchise expansion strategy across prioritized cities and regions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise partners and entrepreneurs
  • Lead endtoend franchise lifecycle: prospecting, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Identify new markets through structured market mapping and competitive analysis
  • Own expansion targets and ensure timely studio launches
  • Manage commercial discussions across FOCO and FOFO models
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and brand teams for seamless execution
  • Maintain CRM pipelines, dashboards, forecasts, and leadership reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years in business development, expansion, or franchise growth roles is mandatory
  • Strong experience with franchising, retail expansion, or partnerled models
  • Proven ability to lead and scale highperforming BD or growth teams
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
