Plotcraft Media is a growing marketing agency specializing in Social Media Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, Performance Marketing, and Digital Growth Solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and onboard clients for the agency.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and connect with founders, business owners, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and pitch agency services.
• Build a strong pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, cold calling, and email marketing.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals.
• Negotiate commercials and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Track sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, or Media Agency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in lead generation, client pitching, and deal closure.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
