Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales & Marketing who can own revenue, not just
strategy decks. This role requires someone who can build systems, lead teams, and directly
influence pipeline and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end revenue targets (lead → conversion → retention)
- Build and execute go-to-market strategy across digital, outbound, and partnerships
- Set up and optimize sales funnels, CRM systems, and automation workflows
- Lead and manage sales + marketing teams with clear KPIs
- Drive lead generation through performance marketing, content, and outbound
- Analyze metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity
- Collaborate with product/ops to improve offer positioning and customer experience
- Personally step into high-value deals and close
Requirements
- 8–10 years in sales/marketing leadership roles (preferably in SaaS, services, or tech- enabled businesses)
- Proven track record of revenue ownership and growth
- Strong understanding of performance marketing + sales processes
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to build systems from scratch (not just manage existing ones)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
