Head – Sales & Marketing | India IVF Fertility | Noida

India IVF Fertility is one of India's leading fertility clinic chains, transforming the IVF landscape by providing cutting-edge treatments and standardized care across Tier 1 to Tier 3 cities. Backed by $1.25 million in pre-Series A funding from Tomorrow Capital, we are on a mission to make fertility care accessible, affordable, and effective for millions of couples across India and international markets.

We are currently in a rapid expansion phase and plan to open 10–12 new centres this year. As we scale, we are looking for a highly driven and growth-focused Head – Sales & Marketing to lead our digital, B2B, international, and reporting verticals.

Location: Noida

Reporting To: Founders

What we are looking for

A strong healthcare growth leader who can drive revenue, improve conversions, build scalable channels, and create a high-performance sales and marketing engine across centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across centres, channels, and business verticals
  • Lead and execute the company's scaling journey across digital, B2B, and international markets
  • Lead overall sales and marketing growth across centres and channels
  • Drive and scale digital marketing, B2B/referral marketing, international business, and MIS/reporting
  • Improve the funnel from lead to consult to booking to procedure
  • Build strong channel partnerships and growth systems
  • Own performance tracking through dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights
  • Work closely with the Founders on growth strategy, execution, and turnaround

Who should apply
  • Professionals from healthcare / hospital / IVF / fertility / diagnostics / specialty healthcare
  • Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in the same or similar profile
  • Proven track record of delivering turnaround and 3X–4X growth
  • Strong understanding of digital, B2B, international verticals, and reporting
  • High ownership, execution strength, and team leadership capability
