Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and modern Digital Marketing Sales Lead / Head of Business Development who can generate high-value leads, close deals, build partnerships, and drive agency growth using both traditional sales strategies and the latest AI-powered tools & automation trends of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services through outbound, inbound, LinkedIn, networking, and AI-driven prospecting.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Website Development, Branding, and AI Marketing services.
- Use AI tools for lead generation, outreach automation, CRM management, proposal creation, market research, and sales optimization.
- Create and execute growth strategies to increase agency revenue.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Stay updated with 2026 digital marketing and AI trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth for digital marketing department.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation platforms, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong LinkedIn networking and outbound sales expertise.
- Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of international client acquisition.
- Experience selling AI Marketing or Automation services.
