Job Summary:

As the Sales Head at Frutta, you will own revenue growth, drive market expansion, and lead our corporate acquisition strategy across Chennai. You will manage a team of 67 high-performing Corporate Sales Managers/BD Associates, coaching them to hit targets, strengthen key relationships, and close high-value deals. This role demands a strategic thinker and a decisive closer, someone who can influence CXOs, streamline sales processes, and build a culture of performance, accountability, and speed. The right leader brings deep Corporate experience, a strong sales playbook, and the hunger to scale a high-growth brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall regional revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies across sectors and key accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 67 corporate sales associates, ensuring target discipline, sales productivity, and capability building.
  • Represent Frutta in high-level meetings and negotiations with CXOs, CHROs, Procurement Heads, and Admin Leaders.
  • Support the team in closing complex deals by providing negotiation support, business cases, pricing, and strategic intervention.
  • Expand Frutta's footprint by identifying high-value accounts, new verticals, and new geographies for penetration.
  • Track competitor movements, market trends, pricing behaviour, customer expectations and translate insights into growth strategies.
  • Ensure robust documentation of pipelines, closures, collections and ensure financial hygiene across accounts.
  • Drive role modeling, accountability, hustle, ethics, and a performance-first culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7-10 years of total experience in Corporate Sales, preferably handling enterprise or corporate clients.
  • Minimum 3-4 years managing a sales team with proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and driving performance.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset, pricing, negotiation, margins, proposals, forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence for CXO-level influence.
  • Skilled in sales reporting, CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and performance governance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage pressure, solve escalations, and take end-to-end accountability.
  • Exposure to F&B, facility services, hospitality, events, HR-tech or workplace solutions is an added advantage.
