Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Head of Sales. In this role, the Head of Sales will strategize and lead sales initiatives, oversee and manage the sales team, and foster strong relationships with key accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, providing actionable insights through analytics, and ensuring goals are achieved or exceeded. The role also involves developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve goals and drive revenue growth
  • Proven experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
  • Proficient Team Management skills to mentor, develop, and lead sales teams
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve overall performance
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in the industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
