Job Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales – Promo to lead revenue growth for a SaaS-based enterprise platform across North America. This is a P&L-driven leadership role focused on building a scalable sales engine, driving ARR growth, and closing large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue targets (ARR, bookings, pipeline)
- Drive SaaS revenue growth across North America
- Define GTM strategy, pricing, and sales frameworks
- Build and scale high-performance sales teams
- Lead enterprise deal closures and negotiations
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue metrics
- Collaborate with marketing for demand generation
- Establish global partnerships and enterprise alliances
Must-Have Qualifications
- 18+ years in B2B enterprise sales (12+ years in leadership roles)
- Strong experience in SaaS, digital transformation, eCommerce, ERP, or BPO solutions
- Proven track record of revenue ownership (P&L) and closing large deals
- Experience selling into North America / US markets (mandatory)
- Expertise in GTM strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Strong CXO engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- MBA or equivalent preferr
