Solution Design & Architecture

Lead the end-to-end architectural design and technical blueprinting for complex e-commerce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Serve as the subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce Cloud, providing deep-dive technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed across development and deployment.

Must have some experience in presales activities in creating solutions for RFP/RFI and creates solution architectures, cost estimates and demos, and partners with sales to win ecommerce deals.

Act as lead technical resource for presales and RFP/RFI responses for Adobe Commerce deals.

Analyze RFP/RFI requirements and produce compliant, compelling responses (solution narrative, scope, assumptions).

Design and advocate for modern architectural patterns, with significant expertise in Headless E-commerce solutions (e.g., using PWA Studio, React, Vue.js storefronts) and microservices integration.

Evaluate, select, and define the integration strategy for third-party systems, including ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, payment gateways, and WMS. Client Leadership & Consulting

Independently lead technical and strategic client conversations with C-level executives, product owners, and technical teams to define business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Act as the trusted technical advisor to multiple clients simultaneously, guiding them through platform selection, roadmap definition, and architectural trade-offs.

Conduct discovery and analysis workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative and value-driven solutions. Estimation & Project Governance

Develop accurate and detailed project estimations (effort, cost, timeline) for all phases of an e-commerce implementation, including discovery, design, development, and deployment.

Define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and ensure the proposed architecture meets all performance, security, and compliance standards.
