Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and drive business growth for our EPC projects in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in chemical engineering along with proven expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue generation within EPC environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence
- Identify new business opportunities in the chemical and process industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and procurement teams for customized solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/business development within EPC companies
- Strong understanding of chemical/process industry projects
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and large-scale project discussions

- Experience in handling turnkey projects and industrial clients
