Sales Head
A senior leadership role for an industry-native professional who lives and breathes design, and knows how to sell it.
Reports To: Studio Head and Founder
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible)
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Compensation: Fixed + Performance-Linked Variable
ABOUT CHALK STUDIO
Chalk Studio is a design-led interior design studio based in Gurugram, founded by Priyanka Singh. Our approach blends storytelling, research, and client-focused creativity to craft spaces that are deeply personal and visually exceptional.
We work with HNI clients across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail categories, delivering projects pan-India across 15+ cities. With a team of 40+ design professionals and 58+ completed projects, we offer both design-only and design-plus-build services. At Chalk Studio, we believe that sales solves all, and we are building the team to prove it.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Acquisition and Lead Conversion
2. Client Relationship Management
3. Business Development and Channel Expansion
4. Brand Representation and Positioning
5. Sales Strategy and Reporting
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Industry Background: Interior design or architecture (mandatory)
Experience: 10 to 12+ years, with a strong sales focus
Candidate Profile: Women candidates only
Client Segment: Proven experience handling HNI clients
Communication: Exceptional, both verbal and written
Note: This position is open exclusively to women candidates from the interior design or architecture industry. Applicants who answer No to Q1 or Q2 will be archived. The minimum experience threshold for consideration is 10 years.
