The company is looking to hire a Head of Sales to lead and scale its revenue charter across markets, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving overall revenue growth, building scalable sales engines, and leading high-performing teams across geographies. This is a leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, operational depth, and the ability to scale businesses in fast-paced consumer-tech environments.
The ideal candidate should have experience in high-growth startups or scaled digital businesses or in FMCG/ CD/ Telecom and demonstrate strong commercial leadership with execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's overall sales and revenue growth strategy
- Drive business expansion across channels, partnerships, and strategic accounts
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across regions
- Establish robust sales processes, forecasting models, performance metrics, and operational rigor
- Work closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve acquisition and monetization outcomes
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and scalable distribution channels
- Own sales planning, territory strategy, productivity metrics, and incentive structures
- Drive data-backed decision making across funnel management and revenue planning
- Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, partners, and enterprise clients
- Act as a key member of the leadership team contributing to overall business strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–16 years of experience across sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles
- Strong experience in consumer tech, ecommerce, fintech, internet, mobility, or other high-growth digital businesses
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing teams in growth-stage organizations
- Deep understanding of GTM strategy, sales operations, and distribution models
- Experience managing large, multi-city teams and complex business environments
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in high-ownership, fast-scaling environments
- Tier-1 educational background is mandatory
