Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales who can build revenue with intent, structure, and scale. This role goes beyond closing deals - it is about architecting a sales engine that consistently delivers predictable growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic clarity with execution discipline. You understand markets, read client behavior sharply, and build teams that win through process, positioning, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Strategy & Growth

  • Define and drive the company's sales strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
  • Identify new market segments, expansion opportunities, and high-value partnerships.
  • Establish pricing strategies and commercial models that protect margins while accelerating growth.

2. Sales Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales team.
  • Set clear KPIs, accountability structures, and performance dashboards.
  • Coach sales leaders and managers on deal strategy, negotiation, and enterprise selling.
  • Create a culture of discipline, competitiveness, and ownership.

3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Lead strategic client conversations at CXO and decision-maker levels.
  • Drive enterprise and key account acquisition initiatives.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure revenue expansion within existing accounts.

4. Process, Systems & Performance

  • Design structured sales processes across lead generation, qualification, closing, and retention.
  • Implement CRM systems and sales automation tools to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor conversion metrics, sales cycle length, win-loss ratios, and revenue efficiency.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making across the sales function.

5. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure cohesive growth execution.
  • Align messaging, positioning, and market feedback with product and service improvements.
