Job Description
The Business Head is fully accountable for revenue growth, brand value, and market expansion of Cams Biometrics. This role owns sales, marketing, and partnership functions, sets and achieves organization-level targets, and personally drives strategic deals.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused leadership role, not a coordination position.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
- Own company-wide sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Drive predictable revenue growth across products, regions, and channels
- Personally close key and strategic deals
Sales, Marketing & Partnership Leadership
- Set clear targets for sales, marketing, and partnership teams
- Track, monitor, and review team performance through measurable KPIs
- Take corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved
- Hire, scale, or restructure teams as required to meet business goals
Marketing Ownership
- Own brand positioning, visibility, and demand generation
- Align marketing directly with revenue and lead quality
- Oversee campaigns, content, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Build and scale ERP, HRMS, reseller, and system-integrator partnerships
- Define partner onboarding, enablement, and revenue models
- Drive partner-led sales growth globally
- Build and manage international customers, distributors, resellers, and agent networks across multiple regions
Target Setting & Accountability
- Set measurable targets for sales, marketing, and partnerships
- Track performance rigorously and take full ownership of outcomes
Skills & Experience (Aligned to Cams Biometrics)
- Proven experience in B2B technology sales involving hardware + SaaS/API models
- Strong understanding of API-led platforms, subscriptions, renewals, and integrations
- Hands-on experience building partner-driven revenue ecosystems
- Experience handling international customers or partners
- Ability to translate technical strengths into business value
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ownership mindset with a track record of achieving aggressive targets
- Experience working with international customers and building global agent or partner networks
