We are seekinga dynamic and sales-driven Head to lead our new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore. The primary focus will be establishing new logos and expanding our new Offshore Development Center (ODC), building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive businessgrowth by acquiring new GCC clients,with a strong emphasis on SAP Staff Augmentation
- Develop strategies to penetrate the GCC marketand secure long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with global leadership to define targets,budgets, and salesstrategies.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
- Ensure operational excellence, profitability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT/Consulting industry experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
- Strong networkand experience in acquiring new GCC logos.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
