We are urgently hiring for the position of City Head - TMT Sales in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and building strategic relationships in the TMT sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the TMT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-25 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the TMT STEEL or CEWMENT or PAINTS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
