Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-25 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the TMT STEEL or CEWMENT or PAINTS industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
