Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Retail, located at Lifeyoga's New Delhi center. The Head of Retail will oversee the daily operations of the wellness retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities will include driving sales, managing inventory, devising business strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve retail targets. The role also involves leading and mentoring the retail team to deliver top-tier customer service, curating product offerings aligned with Lifeyoga's philosophy, and collaborating with other departments to align retail strategies with the center's overall vision.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies, forecasts, and improve performance metrics
  • Experience in Retail and Sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in Team Management to lead, motivate, and develop retail staff effectively
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and customer-centric environment
  • An understanding of the wellness or lifestyle retail market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage dynamic retail operations and customer expectations
