JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Head – Recruitment

Location: Noida

Company: Tradologie.com (Super E-Factory Depot Pvt. Ltd.)

Experience Required: 10+ Years (preferably hiring for Inside Sales / Operations / Tech roles)

Role Overview

The Head of Recruitment will lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all domestic and international hiring needs. The role demands a strong executor who can build pipelines, drive volume hiring, and ensure a steady flow of qualified talent across departments, especially Inside Sales and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete Talent Acquisition function and deliver quality hiring within defined timelines
  • Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team
  • Plan manpower requirements monthly/quarterly with leadership & department heads
  • Create effective recruitment processes for Inside Sales, Operations, Customer Support, International Trade Roles, and Tech
  • Drive high-volume hiring through job boards, recruitment partners, campus hiring, and referral programs
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet aggressive hiring needs
  • Implement effective candidate assessment, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Track hiring metrics, recruitment dashboards, and reporting
  • Manage relationships with placement agencies and recruitment partners
  • Drive Employer Branding to attract high-quality applicants
  • Ensure smooth onboarding handover with HR operations
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience leading Recruitment / Talent Acquisition teams
  • Strong understanding of volume hiring, especially Inside Sales & Operations roles
  • Ability to hire fast without compromising on quality
  • Experience using HRMS/ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven, target-oriented & process-focused
  • Experience in founder-led or rapidly scaling organizations is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring numbers consistently
