Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance based in Gurugram.

The Head of Quality Assurance MUST be from Automotive Sector. You will oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards, conduct regular quality audits, implement quality management strategies and own product development. The role involves leading quality improvement initiatives, creating robust quality assurance frameworks, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve operational excellence. The position requires overseeing a team to maintain high standards and developing strategies for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Strong capabilities in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management
• Proven skill sets and someone the customers can vouch for consistent performance
• Experience in executing thorough Quality Auditing and implementing corrective actions with at a pace needed by the customers.
• Is an excellent communicator and faces the challenges upfront to find answers
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive quality improvements
• Proven ability to lead teams and execute strategies to enhance quality standards
• Familiarity with industry regulations, quality certification processes, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in quality standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Min 25 years of experience and now leading quality function
• B.Tech/ M. Tech from premier institutions
• Trained on Quality tools with a practical exposure on the shop floor
