- Strong leadership experience in Purchase/Procurement
- SAP expertise is mandatory
- Deep understanding of supply chain & vendor ecosystems
- Proven track record in cost optimization & strategic sourcing
- Experience handling large procurement budgets
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
