Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing and procurement for luxury interior, architecture, and bespoke manufacturing projects. This role ensures the timely availability of premium materials, cost optimization, and uncompromising quality standards aligned with brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and design intent
• Source and manage vendors for high-end materials including wood, marble, metals, hardware, fabrics, lighting, and finishes
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and long-term supplier partnerships
• Coordinate closely with design, production, and project teams for seamless execution
• Implement procurement controls, vendor evaluation systems, and cost optimization measures
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
• Proven procurement experience in luxury interiors, architecture, furniture, or manufacturing
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems
