Job Description

As our Head of Operations, you will own and scale the end-to-end operational engine from supply chain to manufacturing, vendor management to regulatory compliance, and people to process. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, build strong systems, and enable seamless growth. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in product manufacturing, operational excellence, compliance, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Lead and optimise manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and logistics.

Oversee factory operations ensuring high quality, efficiency, and safety.

Build and manage vendor/supplier relationships; implement lean processes.

Collaborate with R&D/Product teams to scale prototypes to mass production.

Strengthen planning, forecasting, and operational reporting systems. Compliance & Quality

Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, CDSCO, FDA, and other regulatory standards.

Maintain documentation, audits, and readiness for all certifications. Customer Success & Post-sales

Lead post-sales operations to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Track and improve metrics like TAT, NPS, and issue resolution. Strategy & Leadership

Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and operational strategy.

Improve cross-functional coordination and drive continuous process improvements.

Plan for scalability as EYVA expands into new markets. Additional

Oversee inventory & warehouse management.

Support finance with cost control and budgeting.

Drive automation and digital transformation (ERP/MES, dashboards, analytics).

What We're Looking For

7+ years experience in operations (consumer electronics/MedTech/manufacturing preferred).

Proven leadership in factory operations and cross-functional team management.

Strong knowledge of compliance and certification processes for medical/consumer electronics devices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Hands-on, analytical, resourceful builder mindset.

Strong proficiency with digital tools (ERP/MES/analytics/dashboards).

Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or Operations; MBA preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
