Role Description
The City Head will be responsible for driving sales, managing business operations, and leading a team to ensure revenue growth and operational excellence in the assigned city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and team leadership, preferably in the interior decor, landscaping, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, and facility managers.
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closure.
- Operations & Team Management
- Supervise the city's business operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Monitor inventory, logistics, and service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational costs.
- Prepare and present periodic business performance reports.
- Provide insights on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business operations, preferably in interior decor, facility management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business analytics.
