Job Title: Head of Marketing B2B Technology

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Marketing to lead our B2B technology marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue-aligned marketing initiatives across services and platform offerings. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of leadership, growth marketing, and enterprise B2B experience.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Technology Marketing Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Build strong positioning for services, platforms, and solutions across target industries
  • Establish the organization as a thought leader in the B2B technology ecosystem

Demand Generation & ABM

  • Drive end-to-end demand generation strategies including Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Partner with sales teams to build high-quality pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
  • Optimize funnel performance across lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion

Services & Platform Positioning

  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions for services and product/platform offerings
  • Work closely with product, delivery, and sales teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Enable differentiated positioning in competitive markets

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead content strategy including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and executive insights
  • Build strong thought leadership presence across digital platforms and industry forums
  • Collaborate with leadership to create CXO-level narratives

Digital & Growth Marketing

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and marketing automation
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Scale inbound and outbound marketing channels

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage agencies, partners, and external vendors

Industry Engagement & Brand Building

  • Lead marketing for industry events, conferences, analyst relations, and award submissions
  • Build relationships with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and industry bodies
  • Enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1218 years of experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing
  • Proven experience in marketing services and/or platform-based offerings
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and global markets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting organizations
  • Exposure to global marketing campaigns and GTM strategies
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
