Job Description

TESCRA India is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Head to lead and oversee all marketing activities. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing a team, analyzing market trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, content, etc).
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
