Job Description

At Peko, we're building the operating system for modern businesses — a unified platform with 100+ integrated services across payments, accounting, HRMS, payroll, travel, and more.

Now launching and scaling aggressively in India.

We're looking for a marketing leader to build the brand, drive demand, and create a high-velocity growth engine for one of our most important markets.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end marketing for India: brand, demand generation, and growth
  • Build and scale multi-channel acquisition (performance, SEO, content, partnerships)
  • Define India-specific positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
  • Drive pipeline and revenue impact in close alignment with sales
  • Launch and scale high-impact campaigns (digital, offline, partnerships, events)
  • Build high-converting funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys
  • Own PR, communications, and brand visibility in India
  • Set up and manage marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI tracking
  • Hire and lead a high-performance marketing team

  • What we're looking for:

    • 8–12 years in marketing (SaaS, fintech, or tech-led companies)
    • Strong understanding of the India SME / startup ecosystem
    • Proven track record of building brands and driving demand at scale
    • Experience working closely with sales and product teams
    • Builder mindset — thrives in 0→1 and 1→10 environments

    • Strong brand presence across key India markets
    • Scalable, predictable pipeline generation
    • Clear visibility on CAC, LTV, and ROI
    • Meaningful contribution to revenue growth
