Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Manage and scale monthly budgets of ₹3–5 Cr, driving strong ROAS, CAC, and Conversion%.
- Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).
- Design and implement robust attribution frameworks (online).
- Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, lead connect time, & conversions.
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page improvements.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Identify and scale new growth channels, opportunities, and innovations.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team.

Who Should Apply:
- 10-12+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
- Proven track record of managing ₹3–5 Cr+ monthly budgets and scaling revenue
- Strong experience across Google, Meta and LinkedIn ecosystems
- Background in EdTech(is a plus) / D2C / high-growth startups preferred
- MBA from Tier-1 institutes (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling teams
