Job Description

Accredian is a fast growing edtech company that was started in 2018 by ISB graduates. The company has so far served 18,000+ professionals working across 3000+ companies. Accredian arms working professionals with next generation skills like Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Management, Product management in partnership with top tier institutions like IITs, IIMs, XLRI and provides them a transformative learning experience to help them move up in their careers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  2. Manage and scale monthly budgets of ₹3–5 Cr, driving strong ROAS, CAC, and Conversion%.
  3. Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies (awareness → conversion → retention).
  4. Design and implement robust attribution frameworks (online).
  5. Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, lead connect time, & conversions.
  6. Lead experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and landing page improvements.
  7. Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  8. Identify and scale new growth channels, opportunities, and innovations.
  9. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team.

Competencies:

  1. Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics and growth levers.
  2. Proven ability to scale both digital and offline acquisition channels.
  3. Expertise in campaign optimization, attribution models, and marketing analytics tools.
  4. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  6. High ownership mindset with a strong focus on business outcomes.

Who Should Apply:

  1. 10-12+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
  2. Proven track record of managing ₹3–5 Cr+ monthly budgets and scaling revenue
  3. Strong experience across Google, Meta and LinkedIn ecosystems
  4. Background in EdTech(is a plus) / D2C / high-growth startups preferred
  5. MBA from Tier-1 institutes (preferred)
  6. Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling teams
