Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and passionate Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts for Campus Connect. This role requires a professional who is talented, energetic, and capable of thinking outside the box. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with schools, and cracking new clients with a mix of hard work, smart work, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales strategy for Campus Connect.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new school clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with school decision-makers (principals, directors, management).
• Design and execute effective sales and marketing plans to achieve targets.
• Motivate and manage the sales team towards performance-driven goals.
• Continuously learn and adapt strategies to match the evolving education industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, ERP, or related fields).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about cracking new clients and driving growth.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve challenges.
• Fast learner, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Comfortable working in an offline, on-ground role with schools.

Compensation:

• Salary will be Performance-Based with attractive incentives.

Location:

• Hyderabad (with travel to different school locations as required).
