Role: Marketing Head

Role Definition
The Marketing Head at Ad Scholars will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the company's global marketing strategy. This role focuses heavily on lead generation, HubSpot-driven marketing automation, coordination with Inside Sales, strengthening brand visibility, and driving measurable marketing outcomes across international markets. The position demands a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM integrations, and multi-market branding initiatives.
Responsibility Deliverable
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with Ad Scholars business goals.
- Identify new and emerging marketing channels to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Create quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs, budgets, and targets.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Own the lead generation function end-to-end across global markets.
- Build multi-channel lead generation campaigns using email marketing, content marketing, cold calling support, webinars, and paid channels.
- Track and optimize lead funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
- Coordinate closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure high-quality lead flow and appointment scheduling.
HubSpot Ownership (CRM, Automation & Integration)
- Act as the primary HubSpot owner for the organization.
- Set up, manage, and optimize all marketing journeys, workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring models in HubSpot.
- Integrate HubSpot with the company website, landing pages, forms, and tracking pixels.
- Maintain clean CRM data, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Train internal team members on HubSpot usage and best practices.
Collaboration with Inside Sales
- Work daily with the Inside Sales team to:
- Understand target audiences.
- Create relevant campaigns tailored to buyer segments.
- Ensure seamless lead handover, SLAs, and follow-ups.
- Schedule calls/meetings with the right SMEs and leadership from Ad Scholars.
- Build a closed-loop feedback system to improve lead quality and conversion.
Brand Building & Global Positioning
- Elevate the Ad Scholars brand in global markets (US, EU, APAC, Australia, Middle East).
- Ensure strong digital presence through SEO, social media, content marketing, PR, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Own brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor competitor activities and ensure Ad Scholars consistently appear in top search categories (e.g., Ad Ops outsourcing, CM360 support, media operations support, etc.).
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Create and manage global marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Use HubSpot, email marketing, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other channels to run targeted campaigns.
- Develop landing pages, creatives, and content assets required for campaigns.
- Track campaign ROI and continuously refine strategies.
Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
- Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards on HubSpot for:
- Lead volume
- Campaign ROI
- Website analytics
- Conversion rates
- Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
- Present regular performance updates to leadership.
- Use data to improve targeting, segmentation, and content strategies.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Engagement
- Lead and mentor marketing team members (designers, content writers, agency partners, freelancers).
- Collaborate with senior leaders, SMEs, and global delivery teams to create marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the tech team for website enhancements and HubSpot integrations.
Measurement Metrics
- Increase in MQLs and SQLs.
- Lead conversion rate improvement.
- Brand visibility metrics (traffic, search rankings, engagement).
- Campaign ROI and cost per lead.
- HubSpot system adoption and data hygiene.
- Inside Sales satisfaction and improved call scheduling efficiency.
- Growth of revenue pipeline influenced by marketing.
