Role Description

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing leader to drive market visibility, thought leadership, and demand generation within the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands consulting-led marketing, CXO engagement, and high-impact brand positioning, and can translate strategic marketing initiatives into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen visibility within the GCC ecosystem through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop and drive thought leadership content across platforms.
• Create and nurture CXO-level engagement and relationships through strategic outreach and content positioning.
• Build and manage a strong demand pipeline through marketing-led programs and ecosystem engagement.
• Work closely with leadership to shape market narratives, brand positioning, and outreach strategy.

Qualifications

• 810 years of marketing experience.
• Background in consulting firms, GCC advisory firms, or professional services preferred.
• Strong understanding of CXO ecosystem marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to build a professional brand presence on social media platforms.
• Comfortable working in a high-ownership, outcome-driven environment.
