Own scale across hyperlocal fashion commerce

Job Description

Own the end-to-end growth charter across acquisition, engagement and retention
Scale performance marketing across paid social, search, affiliates and new channels
Build and optimise lifecycle marketing (CRM, push, WhatsApp, email) to drive repeat usage
Lead growth experimentation across funnels, cohorts, pricing and promotions
Partner with product, supply and city ops teams to unlock hyperlocal growth levers
Drive data-led decision making across CAC, LTV, retention and contribution margin
Build and manage a high-performing internal growth team and agency partners
Support category launches and city expansions with sharp GTM strategies

The Successful Applicant

8-12 years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing
Strong background in D2C, quick commerce, marketplaces or consumer startups
Hands-on expertise in paid media, analytics, attribution and experimentation
Proven ability to scale growth while improving efficiency metrics
Comfortable working in fast-paced, zero-to-one and high-ownership environments
Strong stakeholder management and execution mindset
