We're hiring a Head of Marketing who can take complete ownership of our brand presence, content strategy, and creative execution. If you can manage accounts, lead a creative team, and build a strong digital footprint, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end account management across brand channels
- Building and executing our content strategy (short-form, long-form, YouTube, campaigns)
- Driving overall marketing direction, positioning, and messaging
- Planning monthly calendars, campaigns, and brand narratives
- Managing and guiding editors, photographers, and designers
- Leading creative direction for shoots, reels, podcasts, and brand visuals
- Overseeing brand consistency across platforms
- Basic YouTube management: uploading, thumbnails, titles, descriptions
- Basic SEO knowledge to improve reach and discoverability
What You Should Know
- Strong understanding of marketing & brand building
- Proficiency with Canva
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred)
- Ability to brief, instruct, and align creative teams
- Experience reviewing and optimizing content performance
- Familiarity with digital trends, formats, and storytelling
