Our preventive and diagnostic vertical, VRX Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., is rapidly expanding across Mumbai with specialized clinics for Diabetic Foot, Varicose Veins, Physio Lounge, and Preventive Health.

Position: Marketing & Admin Head (Doctor + MBA)

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional a Doctor (MBBS / BHMS / BAMS / BPT / Equivalent) with an MBA in Healthcare or Marketing who can bridge clinical knowledge with strategic marketing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (Online + Offline):

Develop and execute marketing strategies for hospital and diagnostic centers

Manage digital marketing, social media campaigns, content strategy, and patient engagement

Plan and conduct community connect programs, health camps, and local partnerships

Coordinate with in-house design and social media teams for creative execution

Administration:

Oversee hospital and diagnostic center operations

Manage staff, patient experience, and inter-departmental coordination

Establish SOPs for efficient OPD/IPD and diagnostic workflows

Handle vendor management, reporting, and project execution for new initiatives

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Doctor (MBBS / BHMS / BAMS / BPT / Equivalent) + MBA (Healthcare / Marketing / Hospital Admin)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospital operations and marketing

Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and hospital workflow management

Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills

Energetic, organized, and ready to grow with a fast-expanding healthcare brand
