Krishify is building large-scale, technology-enabled managed services programs across agri value chains and use cases — from developing sustainable marketing channels for agri-input companies to farmer programs enabling sustainable & traceable procurement, and other long term farmer engagement initiatives.

We are looking for a senior operations leader to shape & lead this delivery engine as we scale.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-state programs that combine on-ground execution with technology, and work closely with a strong technology & leadership team.

This is a critical leadership position responsible for building a scalable, enterprise-grade delivery engine at the core of Krishify's growth.

• Own delivery and execution of all managed services programs across regions
• Build, train & strengthen multi-layer field operations including program managers, field teams, and telecalling teams
• Translate program objectives into structured execution plans with clear and measurable impact metrics
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with agreed outcomes and commitments
• Establish operational discipline, productivity benchmarks, and performance governance across programs
• Define clear, measurable KPIs for every role across field, telecalling, and program management teams, and drive accountability against these metrics
• Create structured reports and high-level presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews with internal leadership and clients
• Shape crop advisory principles to drive meaningful on-ground impact across programs
• Work closely with agronomy team to develop high quality advisory content, videos, crop calendars and package of practices aligned to program objectives

• 8–12 years of experience in agri sector organisations, preferably in roles involving large-scale field operations
• Proven track record managing and leading teams of 50+ resources
• Prior experience in agri-input and/or FnV value chains, exposure to both is strongly preferred
• Strong execution mindset with comfort in working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Ability to operate independently in a high-ownership environment
• M.Sc agriculture or MBA in agri business management from any reputed institution

• Agri Cluster Management OS: A cloud-based enterprise platform that helps agri institutions digitise and manage farmer clusters, field operations, advisory delivery, engagement, demand generation, and traceability.
• Managed Services: End-to-end execution of farmer engagement and market development programs, combining on-ground agronomist-led activities with digital tools, data systems, and large-scale reach through our farmer platforms.
• Marketing Services: Support for agri-input brands through market research, product awareness, influencer campaigns, and digital outreach, leveraging our network of over one crore farmers and a large base of agri influencers across India.

We have spent six years building deep domain understanding, finding product-market fit, and achieving profitability. Today, we are at a clear inflection point—scaling our managed services and SaaS platforms to create a broad, integrated service layer across the agri value chain. This role sits at the core of that journey.
