Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Human Resources, based in Gurugram. The Head of Human Resources will lead HR strategy, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. They will oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and organizational development initiatives, while collaborating with leadership to align human resource objectives with business goals. Additionally, this role involves mentoring the HR team and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and team leadership
- Strategic thinking and ability to align HR goals with business objectives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in change management and driving organizational development initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in HR leadership roles
