Role Summary
As the Head of Human Resources (HR Head), you will be a strategic business partner responsible for shaping and executing the HR vision and strategy at our organization. You will lead all facets of human capital management, drive organizational culture, and build HR frameworks that enable sustainable growth, enhance employee experience, and align with the company's business goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's long-term business objectives and brand values.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Champion organizational culture by promoting core values, diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Lead strategic talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across design, operations, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
- Establish and monitor staffing plans in line with business growth and project demands.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Foster a high-performance environment through transparent communication, recognition programs, and constructive feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management & Development
- Design performance management frameworks that drive accountability, meritocracy, and professional development.
- Lead learning and development programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, compliance with Indian labour laws, and HRIS systems.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with statutory regulations and best practices.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
- Develop competitive and equitable compensation structures, benefits programs, bonus policies, and total rewards strategies that support talent retention and motivation.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Act as a key point of escalation for employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees to resolve conflicts effectively and fairly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/HR Master's preferred.
- Minimum 1015 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in a design, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, or creative services environment.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated success in talent strategy, organizational design, change management, and performance culture transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Should have handled 250+ employee organization.
