Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Head of Human Resources. The Head of HR will lead and coordinate all HR functions, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and managing talent acquisition and retention strategies. Additional responsibilities include developing performance appraisal systems, conducting training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is critical in aligning HR practices with the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and organizational strategy
• In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to ensure organizational compliance with regulations
• Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies tailored to meet organizational goals
• Strong Employee Relations skills with a focus on fostering positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience with performance management and appraisal systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with school or educational institutions HR requirements is a plus

Non-Negotiable Eligibility

Must have 4 years of experience as HR Head in at least any one company, with total experience of at least 8 years.
