Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resource with 5-10 years of experience to oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions in our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based).
  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize relevant learning programs.
  • Promote continuous professional development across teams.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage payroll coordination with the finance department.

6. Policy Development & Implementation

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Ensure consistent policy implementation across departments.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.).
