Role Overview

Naxcuure Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources function at its pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The role demands deep expertise in labour law compliance, plant HR operations, and workforce management, along with the ability to build a structured, compliant, and high-performance organizational culture within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational and operational goals
  • Lead and manage the HR function across the manufacturing unit
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership and department heads

Plant HR Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes
  • Ensure effective workforce management across Production, QA, QC, and support functions
  • Drive manpower planning and workforce optimization

Statutory Compliance and Industrial Relations

  • Ensure full compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and Minimum Wages
  • Handle labour inspections, statutory audits, and government liaison
  • Manage industrial relations, including union interactions and dispute resolution

Pharma Compliance and Audit Readiness

  • Ensure HR systems and documentation align with WHO-GMP and FDA audit standards
  • Maintain audit-ready records including training logs, employee files, and SOP adherence
  • Support internal and external audits

Performance and Talent Management

  • Design and implement performance management systems including KPIs and KRAs
  • Lead appraisal cycles, promotions, and succession planning initiatives
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent

Employee Engagement and Culture

  • Build and sustain a compliant, performance-driven work culture
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational growth

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and implement structured development programs
  • Ensure GMP and compliance training across departments
  • Build internal leadership pipelines

HR Systems and Process Improvement

  • Implement HRMS and drive digitization of HR processes
  • Streamline policies and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements
  • MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Industrial relations
  • Payroll and HR operations
  • Audit and compliance systems

Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing large-scale plant workforce
  • Exposure to WHO-GMP / USFDA / regulatory audits
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure manufacturing environments
