About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth for our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) solutions. The role involves acquiring new business, managing enterprise and mid-market clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities for HRMS software solutions across SMB and mid-market segments
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and deal closure
- Identify and engage with HR leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and events
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
- Stay updated on HR tech trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/HRMS/ERP solutions
- Well-networked in Ahmedabad/Gujarat with access to HR leaders and business decision-makers
- Strong understanding of HRMS products (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance Management, Compliance)
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience handling inside + field sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field
- Prior experience selling HR Tech or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Network with HR professionals in Ahmedabad/Gujarat region
