Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Manager | Location: Ahmedabad (On-site & Full-Time)

Company Size: 100+ Employees (IT Company)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources for a 25-year-old IT organization. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, ensure statutory compliance, and enhance employee engagement. Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS, strong knowledge of latest labor laws, and ability to lead compliance training initiatives is essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

68+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT companies

Strong hands-on experience with Keka HRMS

In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, POSH regulations, and new labor codes

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

Implement and modify HR strategies aligned with business goals

Build scalable HR frameworks for a growing IT organization

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

Strengthen hiring processes and employer branding

Ensure structured onboarding and induction programs

3. HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave, and documentation

Ensure compliance with latest labor laws, statutory requirements, and new labor codes

Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliances

Maintain and optimize Keka HRMS for HR operations and compliance tracking

Conduct HR audits and ensure policy adherence

4. Performance Management

Lead performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks

Support managers in performance reviews and improvement plans

5. Employee Engagement & Culture

Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

6. Learning, Development & Compliance Training

Identify training needs and implement L&D programs

Conduct and manage employee training sessions on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), workplace ethics, and statutory compliances

Ensure periodic compliance awareness programs for all employees

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

Generate MIS and HR reports using Keka HRMS

Use data insights for decision-making and workforce planning

Additional Requirement

Willingness and ability to travel to other office locations as and when required
