Role Summary

The Head of Human Resources will lead the entire HR function for Gopalan Enterprises across its businesses including real estate, malls, hospitality, education, manufacturing, retail and facilities. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, compliance, talent management, culture building, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with Managing Director, CXOs and business heads
• Drive HR strategy, governance and digital transformation

Talent & Workforce Management

• Lead leadership hiring, workforce planning and succession

Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations

• Must have handled payroll for 1,500+ employees
• Oversee PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, statutory audits and labour compliance
• Manage HRMS and payroll systems - Hands-on knowledge of GreytHR is mandatory
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting and audit readiness

Employee Relations & Culture

• Lead engagement, grievances, disciplinary processes and retention

Performance & Rewards

• Drive PMS, compensation and incentive frameworks

Leadership & Governance

• Build and lead HR teams across locations
• Provide MIS, dashboards and analytics to leadership

Candidate Profile

• 1525 years of HR leadership experience
• Experience in large multi-location organisations
• Proven ability to manage 1500+ workforce payroll
• Strong knowledge of GreytHR, compliance and HR operations

Education

MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources
