Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnership:
- Partner closely with leadership team to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Act as trusted advisor to department heads on organizational development and talent strategy
- Drive workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to support rapid business growth
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on people-related decisions
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain top talent in a competitive market
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects our company values
- Lead employee satisfaction surveys and action planning based on feedback
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Build and scale HR policies, processes, and systems to support organizational growth
- Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
- Lead change management initiatives during periods of rapid expansion
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness of HR programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Lead HR technology implementation and optimization
Required Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles
- Strong background in HR Business Partnership and employee engagement
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (ecommerce/tech preferred)
- Proven track record of building HR functions from ground up
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
