We are hiring a strategic and hands-on HR Leader to own and drive the complete HR function for a 300-employee IT organization across two locations. This is a transformative role focused on building scalable HR systems, driving automation, strengthening culture, and aligning HR strategy with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership; align people strategy with business goals
- Build and automate HR processes (HRIS, ATS, PMS, payroll, compliance)
- Lead Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and workforce planning
- Design retention, engagement, and performance management frameworks
- Drive culture, leadership development, and D&I initiatives
- Own HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement) with a data-driven approach
Requirements:
- 1015 years HR experience; 5+ years in HR leadership
- Strong background in IT/Software/Services industry
- Proven experience setting up or transforming HR functions
- Multi-location HR management exposure (Noida/Hyderabad preferred)
- Strong business acumen with hands-on execution capability
