Head of Human Resources

We seek an Head of H.R. with experience in Premium Restaurants, Hospitality, and Related Services for a Bangalore-based company opening Taprooms (Bangalore & Goa) with a stand-alone Brewery.

The position will be responsible for overseeing a 250-strong team involved in operating the taprooms and brewery. 

CTC: 25-30 lacs p.a. based on experience and capability

Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

Ø 12-15 years of experience in HR. Pre-opening & Startup experience is a plus.

Ø MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration

Ø Professional Expertise and Experience in:

• H.R. Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in HR software, data analysis, online tools, and use of A.I. in H.R.
• Managing H.R. P&L as a Cost Centre
• An independent thinker with an ability to understand manning needs
• Leadership and decision-making abilities – a proactive self-starter
• Talent Acquisition
• Onboarding and Employee Development
• Performance Management
• Ability to build relationships with employees and management
