About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Head of HR to lead and scale the people function of a rapidly expanding B2C startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building teams from the ground up, managing high-volume hiring, and partnering closely with business leadership to drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end HR strategy, aligning people practices with business objectives.
- Lead large-scale recruitment initiatives, building robust talent pipelines across levels and functions.
- Establish strong HR governance, performance management, and employee engagement frameworks suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Act as a strategic advisor to founders and senior leadership, shaping organizational structure, culture, and capability.
- Develop scalable HR systems and processes to support rapid headcount expansion.
- Lead workforce planning, learning & development, and compensation design initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 1518 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership HR role within a fast-growing B2C startup.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations and managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong business acumen with hands-on HR execution capability.
- Proven ability to operate in an ambiguous, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
