Job Overview
The HR & Admin Head is responsible for leading the organization's Human Resources and Administration functions, driving culture, transformation, employee experience, compliance, and workforce planning. This role plays a strategic part in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring smooth HR operations across corporate, factory, and site locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
Drive the company's Vision, Mission, and Values, for its cultural integration.
Lead HR Strategy - change management, transformation, and organizational development.
Develop and maintain an effective Org Structure and periodic updates.
2. HR Policies & Governance
Formulate, implement, and update HR Policies,POSH complianceand awareness programs.
Ensure adherence to HR governance, statutory requirements, and ethical practices across all sites.
3. Workforce Planning & Budgeting
Prepare and manage the HR Budgetfor corporate, factory, and site operations.
Manpower planning, and resource allocation.
4. Compensation & Performance
Drive a performance management culture, enabling continuous feedback and performance excellence.
Prepare and propose annual merit increments.
Introduce and manage a mid-year performance review process.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage Industrial Relations (IR)and oversee coordination with external consultantsas required.
Insure Employee engagement imitative andimplement actionable improvements.
Lead grievance management, ensuring fair and timely resolution of issues.
Insure employee retention Strategy for right talents.
6. Talent Development & Management
Aligned training & developmentinitiatives with capability building.
Oversee talent management, succession planning, drive talent management Processand succussion planning.
7. Administration Oversight
Ensure effective administration / facility managementsystems across office, factory, and site locations.
Insure all statutory and labour law related compliances.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Expertise in HR strategy, policies, performance management, IR, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
MBA HR or equivalent.
1215 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a Similar role would be preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or multi-site operations preferred.
