Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR Head)

Industry: Healthcare / Nutrition (Dietitian Brand)

Location: Chandigarh Tricity On site (No Work from Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (CTC), flexible for the right candidate

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Head to build and lead the human resources function for a fast-growing dietitian-led brand. This role goes beyond traditional HR, you will play a key part in shaping company culture, driving team performance, and supporting rapid business growth in the health and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across functions
  • Build and nurture a strong, positive, and performance-driven company culture
  • Design and manage employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
  • Establish HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee performance management systems and organizational structure
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on people-related decisions
  • Handle conflict resolution, employee relations, and workplace wellbeing

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role (HR Head, HR Manager, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development
  • Experience in startups, healthcare, wellness, or service industries is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to build HR systems from the ground up
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
